Their Story
I met with Papa Chris and Mama Regina for intensive inner healing and spiritual direction. One night in particular, after divulging to them about the ugliest parts of my life I can remember, Regina gave me a prophetic word picture and it’s this: "Jesus wastes nothing, in fact He is stringing all hurt, pain, shame, guilt into a marvelous strand of pearls." That is when I gathered all the fragments of my brokenness and I gave them to Jesus!
Chris and Regina led me through my own personal deliverance, it wasn’t scary, it wasn’t loud or fear-based. My experience with deliverance was gentle and so kind to my heart. Jesus showed up as my protector, I could physically feel him next to me as they partnered with Holy Spirit and broke soul ties, sinful habits and layers of guilt and shame off of me. I woke up the next morning in silence. There was no negative self-talk or nagging, I was filled with radical love. I was free to walk in the Philippians 3:13-14 declaration, pressing onward to win the prize to which God in Jesus Christ is calling us upward!
Philippians 3:13-14 (NIV) 13 Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, 14 I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
